Here are the most common questions we get asked by our users.

Q: Can you tell me a little bit more about this program? How is the progression into the different levels, the progression of the different frequencies, which frequency do you eventually end on? And, is it also isochronic or just binaural? Thank you very much, User from the Netherlands

The program uses both isochronic and binaural beats but with binaurals very low in the mix, so it’s primarily isochronic.

The levels step down by one hertz per level with level 1 ten hertz and level 10 one hertz. So the most useful entrainment frequencies from low alpha through theta to low delta are all included in the program, encompassing all the benefits of such, such as deep relaxation, growth of awareness, focus and concentration, lucid dreaming, sleep induction, growth in peace of mind etc.

Alpha (12Hz – 8Hz)
Experience: Peaceful, Relaxed, Daydream
Helpful For: Relaxation, Meditation, Anxiety, Stress, Panic, Focus
Neurotransmitters/Hormones: Serotonin, Endorphins

Theta (7.9Hz – 4Hz/ 7.83Hz – Schumann Resonance)
Experience: Calm, Meditative, Physically Relaxed, Sleepy, Deeply Relaxed, Sleepy (REM stage sleep)
Helpful For: Deep Meditation, Insight, Creativity, Immune System, EMF resistance, Insomnia
Neurotransmitters/Hormones: GABA, Serotonin, Acetylcholine, Anti-Cortisol, Endorphins, Human Growth Hormone

Delta (3.9Hz – .5Hz)
Experience: Deep Rest/Sleep (dreamless), Deeply Meditative (w/greatly reduced thought)
Helpful For: Deepest Meditation, Sleep
Neurotransmitters/Hormones: Human Growth Hormone, Melatonin

I love this app and use together with my TM practise twice a day.
One question: what if I completed the program. Use it again from the beginning?

Hi Laszio,

Yes, you are free to start again from the beginning or to choose a level that you found to be most beneficial for you. It will differ from person to person, but you can decide the best level to suit your needs.

What is that the difference between level one and two? The names are exactly the same and it seems like the sounds are too.
Hesitant to download/by level 3.

    Hi Amarens,

Level two has a lower frequency entrainment than level 1, if you are purchasing single levels (rather than using the whole levels in a sequence) then we suggest that you go from Level 1 to Level 4 (Alpha to Theta), and then on to 7, and 10.

    Hope this helps,
